Jerel Kwek is the CEO of Addiction Foods, but got his start in business early, setting up his first venture when he was just 5 years old.
Today he is a veteran entrepreneur, having founded two venture capital funded technology companies. Jerel is the CEO and Director of Addiction Foods Ltd, a company that manufactures award-winning ultra-premium pet food; headquartered in Singapore with a fully-owned manufacturing plant in New Zealand and manufacturing partners in Australia, Canada and the United States.
Jerel has also founded a non-profit organisation called Visionaries, lectures widely about this thoughts on entrepreneurship and continues to influence business and organisations around the world.

Endah Setyaningsih
SurfAid International, Indonesia
Endah is the Field Monitoring Officer for SurfAid International playing a key role in monitoring the effectiveness of SurfAid’s community based health programme.
She has a Bachelor of Public Health from the University of Indonesia and a Master’s of Public Health from Deakin University in Australia. Endah is passionate about working with diverse communities and in community health and is particularly interested in the role that community based religious leaders in faith-based organisations can play in addressing public health problems in Indonesia and elsewhere in Asia.
